Our Accommodation

With nine beautifully appointed bedrooms, we can accommodate up to 18 people in the impressive Montalto House allowing you to make the most of your estate experience.

The location is simply stunning: reached through a long, winding avenue sheltered by mature trees, the house is handsomely poised by a lake, and undoubtedly the stuff of dreams and romance.

The Georgian Mansion


In addition to offering this unmatched country estate wedding venue, we can also provide overnight accommodation in Montalto House. Nine double ensuite bedrooms are available and with each room finished differently you will have fun finding the perfect match for each of your guests’ personalities.

Family Time


Enjoy a night cap in the library after the wedding where you can mull over all the little details of what has just been, rest up in sheer luxury and in the morning, gather in the family kitchen and enjoy a sumptuous Irish breakfast; just one more memory that will last a lifetime.

First day as a married couple


The following morning, when you wake up together as a married couple for the first time, you will enjoy a delicious home-cooked breakfast – or a continental breakfast, if you prefer something lighter – in the family kitchen. And, to round off your wonderful Montalto experience, why not take a morning stroll around the lake and gardens?

The Local Providers


We are very fortunate to have many unique accommodation providers situated in close proximity to the estate. These include luxury guest houses and B & Bs. There is a hotel approximately 1 mile from The Carriage Rooms. Should you require a more central location and an extensive range of hotels, Belfast and Newcastle are approximately a 25-minute drive. Please contact us directly and we would be only too happy to supply these details for you to share with your guests. We can also provide contact numbers for local taxi and coach companies if you are planning for your guests to stay in the one location.
